Performance Hockey Clinics
Improve your overall hockey performance with SAQ Performance Hockey. These clinics are specifically designed to help improve your overall skating technique and on-ice performance thus building confidence in your game. This includes increasing stride length and repetition, explosiveness, lateral movement, tactical skills, position-specific instruction, edge work and other skills needed to enhance your game. We take a hands-on approach for more individual focused attention. Space will be limited.
SAQ Hockey also offers team hockey training, one-on-one training and we can run your pre-tryout and tryout practices.
